Approve affiliates step by step
This guide walks through approving affiliate applicants manually. Read approve affiliate requests first.

Part 1 — Open the queue
- Confirm you are in the correct business workspace.

- Open Affiliates → pending requests or applications.

- Sort by date or product if queue is large.

- Open first applicant profile.

- Verify applicant matches program rules (audience, brand fit, geography).

Part 2 — Approve and configure
- Check if custom commission applies to this partner.

- Click Approve (or reject with reason if not a fit).

- Confirm affiliate now appears in active affiliates list.

- Generate or copy affiliate tracking link.

- Reject duplicate applications from same email if already approved.

Part 3 — Onboard the partner
- Email affiliate their link and program guidelines.

- Ask partner to test link in incognito before promoting.

- Monitor first sales with affiliate origin in Sales.
