Complete a team invite flow

This guide walks through inviting a teammate end to end. Read team roles and permissions first.

Part 1 — Plan access

  1. Confirm you are in the correct business workspace.

  1. List what the collaborator needs: products, sales, finance, affiliates.

  1. Choose role: owner, admin, support, finance, or custom scope.

  1. Decide all products vs selected products access.

Part 2 — Send invite

  1. Open AccountTeam or collaborators.

  1. Enter invitee email address.

  1. Select role and product scope.

  1. Enable finance permissions only if required.

  1. Send invitation.

Part 3 — Verify access

  1. Ask invitee to check email and accept invite.

  1. Invitee logs in and confirms correct workspace appears.

  1. Verify product list matches intended scope.

  1. Test one task: view sale, edit checkout, or view finance per role.

  1. If invite fails, follow invite troubleshooting.
