Review dashboard after first sales

This guide walks through reviewing Dashboard after your first real purchases. Read dashboard tour first for field definitions.

Dashboard summarizes activity — confirm details in Sales before support promises.


Part 1 — Open dashboard correctly

  1. Confirm you are in the correct business workspace.

  1. Open Dashboard from Growth or home navigation.

  1. Set date range to today or first launch week.

  1. Note if dashboard shows gross vs net — align with Financial Overview.

  1. Clear product filters unless reviewing one product only.

Part 2 — Read key cards

  1. Review today's sales count and revenue card.

  1. Compare to Sales list for same date range.

  1. Check recent purchases list or activity feed if shown.

  1. Note payment method split (PIX vs card) if displayed.

  1. Flag unexpected zeros — may be workspace or date filter issue.

Part 3 — Drill down when needed

  1. Click through to Sales for buyer email and status detail.

  1. Open Customers for repeat buyers or support context.

  1. Open Financial Overview for fees and pending balance.
