Customers page walkthrough
This guide walks through the Customers page UI for support and operations. Read use customer history for concepts; use review customer history flow for investigation steps.
Labels and layout may change as the Customers page ships or refreshes. Core workflow: find buyer → review purchases and subscriptions → act in Sales.
Part 1 — Open and search
- Confirm you are in the correct business workspace.

- Open Sales → Customers (or Customers from main nav).

- Use search by email — try exact email first.

- Apply product or date filters if list is long.

- Open a customer row to view profile.

Part 2 — Profile and tabs
- Read summary: first purchase, last activity, lifetime value if shown.

- Open Purchases tab — scan statuses (approved, refunded, declined).

- Click a purchase to open full sale detail in Sales.

- Open Subscriptions tab — note trial, active, overdue, canceled.

- Flag duplicates for merge review.

Part 3 — Support actions
- From customer context, decide: access, refund, cancel, or escalate.

- Jump to complete refund flow if refund needed.

- Jump to subscription cancel flow if needed.

- For access issues, open buyer access investigation.

- Document customer ID, sale IDs, and outcome in support ticket.
