Complete a subscription cancellation flow

This guide walks through canceling a subscription end to end. Read manage subscriptions first for status concepts (trial, active, overdue, canceled).

Cancellation stops future charges. It may differ from refund or merge duplicate subscriptions.


Part 1 — Locate the subscription

  1. Confirm you are in the correct business workspace.

Part 2 — Cancel billing

  1. Confirm cancellation policy: immediate vs end of period.

Part 3 — Verify access and follow-up

  1. Decide whether buyer access continues until period end.

  • Canceling the wrong subscription when buyer has duplicates.
