Export sales and subscriptions step by step

This guide walks through exporting sales and subscription data for accounting, retention, or support analysis. Read export sales and subscriptions first for scope and permission notes.

Exports reflect filters at export time. Widen date range before assuming data is missing.


Part 1 — Prepare export scope

  1. Confirm you are in the correct business workspace.

Part 2 — Export sales

  1. Open Sales and apply date range filter.

  1. Add filters: status, product, offer, affiliate, or origin if needed.

  1. Review row count matches expectations before exporting.

  1. Click Export (or equivalent) for sales data.

  1. Download the file and note generation timestamp.

Part 3 — Export subscriptions and validate

  1. Open Subscriptions with the same or relevant date scope.
