Missing data is often caused by filters, business workspace selection, product access, tracking setup, or timing. Check the basics before escalating.

Investigation workflow

  1. Confirm the selected business workspace.
  2. Check user role and product access.
  3. Clear filters or widen the date range.
  4. Search by buyer email, product, or transaction context.
  5. Confirm the checkout link used by the buyer.
  6. Review UTMs, pixel setup, webhook logs, or campaign source when relevant.
  7. Compare Sales, Customers, Subscriptions, Campaigns, and Financial Overview.
  8. Collect screenshots, links, buyer email, dates, and IDs before contacting support.

Common causes

  • Wrong business workspace.
  • Date range too narrow.
  • User only has selected-product access.
  • Product, status, affiliate, or origin filter is hiding records.
  • Buyer used an untracked checkout link.
  • UTMs were added after traffic started.
  • External pixel or webhook processing is delayed.

FAQ

Why does one report show data but another does not?

Reports answer different questions. Sales shows transactions, Campaigns groups UTM traffic, Finance reflects settlement and balance, and Customers shows buyer history.

What evidence should I collect for support?

Collect buyer email, approximate date/time, checkout link, product, business workspace, screenshots, filters used, and any webhook or pixel logs.

Can product access hide data?

Yes. Users with selected-product access may not see products, sales, or reports outside their assigned scope.
