Walk through Financial Overview tabs

This guide walks through every major Financial Overview tab for sellers and finance users. Read Financial Overview and reports vs dashboard first.

Use the same date range when comparing to Sales or Finance.


Part 1 — Open and scope

  1. Confirm you are in the correct business workspace.

  1. Open Financial Overview from Growth tools.

  1. Set date range to your reporting period (week, month, campaign).

  1. Note currency and gross vs net labeling on summary cards.

  1. Export or screenshot baseline if presenting to stakeholders.

Part 2 — Revenue and payment tabs

  1. Open revenue or main sales tab — review gross and net totals.

  1. Split by payment method (PIX vs card) if tab available.

  1. Review refunds tab or section for refund rate.

  1. Compare net revenue to fees and payout delay expectations.

Part 3 — Reconcile with operations

  1. Open Sales with identical date range — compare approved sale count.

  1. Open Finance — compare pending vs available to settlement rules.

  1. Run reconcile Dashboard and Finance if totals mismatch.
