Configure payment methods on an offer
This is a how-to guide. For concepts and PIX vs card behavior, read PIX and card at checkout first.
Use this guide when enabling payment methods on a live offer and verifying checkout before launch.
Before you start
- Correct business workspace selected
- Plan and offer exist for the product
- Read PIX and card at checkout if training support on pending vs approved sales
Configuration workflow
- Confirm you are in the correct business workspace.

- Open Products and select the product for this offer.

- Open Pricing and select the plan and offer used by the checkout link.

- Open offer settings and enable PIX, card, or both.

- If the offer is recurring, review trial and subscription billing settings.

- If using card installments, confirm installment settings match checkout copy.

- Open the checkout link as a buyer.

- Confirm price, renewal copy, and payment options match the offer.

- Run a test payment when possible (PIX flow or card).

- Open Sales and confirm the resulting sale status.

- Grant delivery only after the sale reaches approved status.

- Compare results in Financial Overview after first live purchases.

Common mistakes
- Promising instant access for every PIX attempt.
- Enabling installments without testing buyer-facing totals.
- Treating card declines as chargebacks.
- Changing payment methods during a live campaign without retesting links.
