Add a PIX key for payouts

PIX keys must belong to the same holder as your business registration. Mismatches trigger bank account rejected flows.
Part 1 — Prepare PIX payout details
- Confirm you are in the correct business workspace.

- Open Finance and navigate to bank account or payout settings.

- Decide which PIX key type to use: email, phone, CPF/CNPJ, or random key.

- Confirm the PIX key holder matches the registered business owner or company document.

- Verify your user can manage finance payout settings.

Part 2 — Add the PIX key
- Click Add account or Add PIX key.

- Enter the PIX key value (email, phone, document, or random key).

- Enter holder name and document if required by the form.

- Save the account.

Part 3 — Confirm readiness
- Review the saved PIX key for typos (especially email and phone formats).

- Set the PIX account as default for withdrawals.

- Confirm finance users with withdrawal permission are informed.

- When available balance allows, run a test via complete withdrawal flow.
