  1. Choose the question before choosing the report.
  2. Select the correct business workspace.
  3. Set the date range.
  4. Apply product, affiliate, agent, payment method, or UTM filters.
  5. Compare revenue, refunds, chargebacks, trials, and errors when relevant.
  6. Use Sales to inspect individual transactions behind a trend.
  7. Use Finance to understand payout and balance differences.

Best practices

  • Do not compare reports with different date ranges or filters.
  • Use Financial Overview for revenue analysis and Sales for transaction investigation.
  • Check refunds and chargebacks before judging campaign profitability.
  • Review PIX, card, trial, and error tabs separately when diagnosing payment performance.

FAQ

Why does Dashboard not match Finance exactly?

Dashboard shows business activity. Finance reflects settlement, pending balance, fees, refunds, chargebacks, payout delay, and withdrawal history.

Where should I analyze UTM performance?

Use Campaigns for campaign grouping and trend analysis. Use Financial Overview when you need revenue and payment-method context with UTM filters.

Where should support investigate one buyer?

Use Sales or Customer history, then compare with Subscriptions or Finance only when the case requires it.
