FAQ

Should I choose external members area or no members area?

Choose external members area when buyer access must be created in another platform. Choose no members area when the product is delivered manually, through service onboarding, or through another non-members workflow.

Can I use MemberKit with AtomicPay?

Yes, MemberKit appears as an external members area option. Add the required callback or integration URL and test that access is created after payment.

Why does a link delivery product require delivery links?

The product is built around sending access links after purchase. Each link should have a clear label and valid URL so the buyer knows what to open.

What should I check when buyers say they did not receive access?

Confirm the sale status, product type, delivery method, external callback URL, ebook file, delivery links, and customer history. Then test the same buyer path if possible.
